10. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information and specifications provided at the time of order are accurate, complete, and final.

Custom-made products are manufactured strictly in accordance with the design details confirmed by the customer. Once the design has been approved or confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances.

All production and delivery timelines are provided for reference only. Actual completion and delivery times may vary depending on material availability, design complexity, production workload, or other factors beyond our control.

11. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in GBP (£). EJEX reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to changes resulting from fluctuations in material costs, currency exchange rates, or market conditions. Full payment is required before production or shipment begins. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and confirmed.

12. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Custom-made items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, except where there is clear evidence that the defect is due to an error in EJEX’s production.

Non-custom items are eligible for return or replacement only in cases where a verifiable manufacturing defect is proven to be caused by EJEX. Damage arising during shipping, handling by the carrier, or other factors outside EJEX’s control are not eligible for return or compensation. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.

EJEX photographs and documents all products prior to shipment. In the event of a dispute regarding product condition or alleged defects, the photographs and records maintained by EJEX shall take precedence. Customers must contact ejexstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence if they wish to report a defect. EJEX reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement request that is inconsistent with our records or does not comply with these conditions.

13. Shipping and Delivery

EJEX ships worldwide using trusted and reliable logistics partners. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

EJEX shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or other additional charges imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for complying with all local regulations and covering any applicable fees.

14. Intellectual Property

All products are made by skilled technicians and undergo thorough quality inspections prior to dispatch.

However, EJEX shall not be held liable for:

Damage resulting from improper installation, use, or handling by third parties;
Indirect or consequential losses, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, revenue, or data;
Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish that are inherent to handcrafted production.

By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge that such variations are a natural aspect of handmade items and do not constitute defects or grounds for claim.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
