Customised products: As each item is handcrafted, production and processing may take 15 - 20 business days. We will provide you with advance notice of the expected production and delivery timeframe for each bespoke order.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all products worldwide.

Express shipping is available for an additional cost, which is calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch. EJEX photographs and documents all products prior to shipment. In the event of a dispute regarding product condition or alleged defects, the photographs and records maintained by EJEX shall take precedence. Customers must contact [ejexstudio@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence if they wish to report a defect. EJEX reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement request that is inconsistent with our records or does not comply with these conditions.

Returns & Refund Policy
At EJEX, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns & Exchanges for Standard Products
We accept returns or exchanges for unused and undamaged standard items within 7 calendar days of receipt (based on the postmark date).
Returned items must include all original packaging and accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After 7 days, all sales are considered final and non-returnable.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and for the refund to appear on your statement.
3. Customised & Personalised Items
Custom automotive interiors, accessories, seat covers, cushions, neck pillows, and any engraved or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. Please review all design and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Costs
All discounts, shipping fees, customs duties, and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Any related costs for returning items are borne by the customer.
5. Policy Enforcement
EJEX reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions or shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
