1. Online Consultation
Please provide your customisation requirements via our online form or email. While our customisation service covers 150+ models, cushions without pre-existing templates may require a longer lead time.
4. Global Shipping
Once your bespoke item is complete, it will be dispatched to your address in secure, premium packaging, with free global delivery included.
2. Design & Quotation
All materials, colours, and finishing options will be presented for your selection. Upon confirmation of the design and final quotation, we will finalise the production schedule and begin bespoke crafting.
5. Perfect Fit
Fitting the cushion or headrest should be straightforward, but don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you need any help.
